🚀 Getting Started
Do I need any previous online learning experience to join? +
No previous experience is required whatsoever. Fabrix Noltav was specifically designed for adults who may be entirely new to online learning. Our platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, and our support team is always available to walk you through any part of the process. Thousands of students with no prior online learning experience have joined and succeeded with us.
How much does it cost to enroll in a course? +
We offer flexible pricing options. Individual courses are available for a one-time fee, and we also offer a monthly subscription that gives you access to all 48 courses for a single monthly price. Many introductory lessons are available completely free, so you can try before you commit. Please contact us or visit our enrollment page for current pricing details.
How do I create an account? +
Creating an account takes less than two minutes. Click the "Sign Up" button, enter your name and email address, and create a password. You will receive a brief confirmation email — click the link in that email and your account is active immediately. If you have any difficulty, our support team can guide you through the process step by step.
Can I try a course before paying? +
Yes. Many of our courses offer free preview lessons that you can access without enrolling or paying. This lets you experience our teaching style, see how the platform works, and confirm that the course content is right for you before making any commitment. Simply create a free account and browse the available preview lessons.
📖 Learning Experience
Are the courses self-paced or do I need to attend at a set time? +
All courses at Fabrix Noltav are completely self-paced. There are no scheduled live sessions, no deadlines, and no fixed timetable of any kind. You can start and stop whenever you like, take as long as you need with each lesson, and return to your course at any time. Your progress is always saved automatically.
How long does it typically take to complete a course? +
Each course indicates its suggested duration — typically between 2 and 6 weeks. However, these are only suggestions. Some students prefer to work at a faster pace, while others enjoy spending more time with each lesson. Since all courses are self-paced, you are in complete control of your schedule and timeline.
Will I receive a certificate when I complete a course? +
Yes. Upon completing all lessons in a course, you will receive a digital certificate of completion bearing the course name, your name, and the date of completion. You can download this certificate and print it, share it with family members, or simply keep it as a personal record of your achievement. All completed certificates are also stored permanently in your account.
Can I interact with other students or ask questions during a course? +
Yes. Each course has a community discussion forum where you can ask questions, share your thoughts, and connect with other students who are taking the same course. Our instructors and community moderators also participate in these forums. Additionally, you can always email our support team directly if you have questions that need a more personal response.
💻 Technical & Account
What devices can I use to access my courses? +
You can access your courses on any device that has an internet connection — smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers are all supported. Our platform works through any standard web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) and does not require any downloads or app installations. You can switch between devices freely, and your progress will sync automatically.
What should I do if I forget my password? +
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. The process takes about two minutes. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you are still having difficulty, contact our support team and we will help you regain access to your account promptly.
Is my personal and payment information secure? +
Yes. We take the security and privacy of your personal information very seriously. All data is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. Payment information is handled by certified, secure payment processors — we never store your card details on our servers. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details on how we protect and use your information.
Can I cancel my subscription or get a refund? +
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, with no cancellation fees. Your access to enrolled courses continues until the end of your current billing period. For individual course purchases, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee — if you are not happy with a course within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.
